Shipping

  • Orders are processed on business days. Express orders placed by 12:00 pm ET will begin shipping the same day; orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled the next business day.
  • Shipping costs depend on weight, size of the item, and location. Oversized items may incur extra charges. If an order exceeds the standard flat-rate shipping, you will be notified.
  • Tracking is provided for all domestic orders. Upon shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email with carrier details and the tracking number. You may also check the status by logging into artinspiredgoods.com.
  • Bulk orders (for example, more than 20 units of the same item) may require special handling and may result in additional shipping fees.
  • If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days in rare circumstances, you will be informed promptly.

International Shipping

  • Our website currently supports delivery within the U.S. and Canada. For shipments outside these regions or special arrangements, please contact Customer Support via artinspiredgoods.com.

Returns

  • If for any reason your purchase does not meet expectations, items may be returned within 90 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in saleable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • To initiate a return, use the form included with your order. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once the return is received and approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow a full billing cycle for it to appear on your statement.
  • Items bought in physical retail stores (with a receipt) can also be returned within 90 days; without a receipt, a store credit for the current lowest selling price will be offered.

Gift Returns

  • Recipients of items given as gifts may return those items for store credit (when the original purchase can be identified). If the purchaser’s packing slip is missing, a refund may be issued at the lowest selling price.
  • For store gift returns, gift cards may be provided as credit in lieu of refund.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact our Support at artinspiredgoods.com. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Customized / Personalized Orders

  • Personalized or customized merchandise (such as custom prints) are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases where they are defective or incorrect.
